PAYMENT & CANCELATION AGREEMENT


CANCELLATIONS/REFUND

  • Convert the amount you paid for your booking into a credit that can be used for future travels.
  • Change your travel dates without additional charges to any dates on or before 15 Days Prior to Arrival.
  • Keep your deposit to avoid any charges that may be incurred and use it for future travel as a credit.
  • Request for a refund for the payment made. Corresponding bank transfer charges will be applied.
  • You may reach out to your personal destination specialist to help you with your request.

PAYMENT AGREEMENT

Below shows general cancellation and amendment policy applicable to most resorts. However, due to the diverse and unique policy of each resort, some may have stricter policy. Please check with your Destination Specialist on the actual cancellation and amendment policy of your chosen resort.

Low /Shoulder Season (May-September)
Confirmed bookings 46 days and more prior to arrival - Deposit of US $1,000 and remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival

High / Peak Season (October -November / February - April)
Confirmed bookings 61 and more days prior to arrival - Deposit of US $1,000 and remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival

Festive Season (December - January)
Confirmed bookings 121 and more days prior to arrival - Deposite of 50% and remaining balance due 120 days prior to arrival

Cancelation/ Amendment Received 45 days and more prior to arrival - One night stay or $300 Cancelation/Amendment Fee (whichever is higher) and incurred bank charges or credit card processing fee

Cancelation/ Amendment Received 44 to 0 days prior to arrival - Non- Refundable / 100% Payable

High /Peak Season (October - November / February - April)

Cancelation/ Amendment Received 60 days and more prior to arrival - One night stay or $300 Cancelation/Amendment Fee (whichever is higher) and incurred bank charges or credit card processing fee

Cancelation/ Amendment Received 59 to 0 days prior to arrival - Non- Refundable / 100% Payable

Festive Season (December to January)

Cancelation/ Amendment Received 120 days and more prior to arrival - One night stay or $300 Cancelation/Amendment Fee (whichever is higher) and incurred bank charges or credit card processing fee

Cancelation/ Amendment Received 119 to 0 days prior to arrival - Non- Refundable / 100% Payable
